The auditors previously saw the performance of Amurrio’s equipment in Barcelona and Bilbao.
AMURRIO has obtained the approval of Metro Sao Paulo to supply the track devices for the extension of Line 4 Amarela.
These are 14 ADVs destined both for the stations and for the Vila Sonia track beach, close to Morunbi station.
The people who came to perform the audit are:
- Gabriel Oliveira responsible for the new construction department of Metro Sao Paulo.
- Fabio Melo, responsible for track elements at Metro Sao Paulo
- Wagner Porfirio, site manager of the Line 4 expansion project on behalf of CONSÓRCIO TCC LINHA 4 AMARELA.
- Thomas Buschhausen, Amurrio’s representative in Brazil.
The audit, which lasted two days, included a visit to the factory, with special attention to the apparatus assembly section. The drawings and technical details of the equipment were thoroughly reviewed.
The São Paulo metro is the second largest in Latin America, with 4.5 million passengers a day.
The auditors were able to see beforehand the performance of Amurrio apparatuses in Barcelona and Bilbao.
